Go to a travel agency near you. If you are in Seoul hook up with one in Itaewon. They all accept cash or foreign credit cards. Just tell them where you want to go and if you have the amount of money needed they’ll issue you the ticket on the spot.

It’s probably possible but I’m afraid there aren’t any direct flights to Edinburgh, Scotland from South Korea.
But yeah, I think you can go to the airport and ask around.
Or since buying tickets online isn’t your option, I’d say go to the nearest travel agency.
